Lauren Wright-Bhattacharya is an Account Manager for Horton’s Employee Benefits Solutions Division. She is the primary contact for a client’s day-to-day needs, including open enrollment, compliance, claims and benefit plan implementation and communication.

Whether assisting with billing issues, guiding clients through renewal paperwork, or leading the open enrollment process, Lauren’s proactive approach ensures that her clients receive the support they need to stay compliant and efficient.
One of Lauren’s most memorable experiences came while working with a non-profit client that faced significant budget cuts. By presenting creative and cost-effective benefits options, she successfully reduced their spending by half – without major disruption to employees or compromising satisfaction. It was a defining moment that highlighted her ability to balance client needs with strategic, empathetic solutions.

Originally from a small town in Michigan, Lauren moved to the Chicago area over 20 years ago. Outside of work, she is a creative soul who enjoys crocheting, knitting, and repurposing old items. An outdoor enthusiast, Lauren spends her summers hiking, camping, and kayaking. A unique fact about her is that she was once part of a roller skating racing team – a nod to her spirited and adventurous nature.
