Lee Zollner

Lee Zollner is a Senior Claims Advocate with Horton’s Property & Casualty division. He provides high-level advocacy and consultation by acting as a liaison between clients and carriers or third-party administrators. Lee manages complex claims, focusing on reducing frequency and severity through thorough claim reviews, developing action plans and ensuring proper reserves and timely settlements.

With over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lee’s extensive background in commercial claims equips him to navigate challenging situations confidently, building strong relationships with both clients and carriers to foster trust and effective communication.

Lee’s approach to client advocacy centers on organization, communication and responsiveness – principles he considers essential to his success. “Strong relationships with clients, as well as carriers, help to ensure effective communication, which is advantageous for all parties,” he says. He is frequently recognized for his attention to detail, strong communication skills and timely responses.

Outside of work, family is Lee’s greatest priority. He is a devoted father to one son and two daughters, and he actively coaches his youngest daughter’s travel softball team. Their lives revolve around sports and shared activities, reflecting Lee’s commitment to teamwork both on and off the field.
