Lexi Greytak is a Business Development Executive specializing in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. She is responsible for driving new business opportunities while maintaining meaningful, long-term client relationships alongside a dedicated team of experts. Lexi’s ability to balance new business acquisition with thoughtful client service makes her a dynamic force in the insurance industry.
Lexi is energized by the chase – the search for opportunities that not only fit her clients’ needs, but also allow her to build real, lasting connections. With three years of industry experience, she has already established herself as a trusted partner, known for listening deeply, problem-solving creatively, and delivering with care. Her vision for the future includes growing a million-dollar book of business, continuing to win new clients, and mentoring those just starting out – paying forward the guidance she once received.
A standout moment in Lexi’s career came when she brought together two of her greatest passions: golf and insurance. After a two-year pursuit, she landed a dream client through a connection built on the golf course – what began as a professional endeavor evolved into a relationship of mutual respect and friendship. It was a defining experience that reinforced Lexi’s belief that trust, understanding, and connection are the cornerstones of long-term success.
Lexi views insurance as a people-first business in an ever-evolving marketplace. As risks shift – from cyber threats to climate change – she remains committed to staying ahead of the curve through innovation and adaptability. “There is no one-size-fits-all approach,” she explains. “True advocacy begins with listening.” For Lexi, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing her clients thrive – knowing she helped create the space for them to grow by addressing risk proactively and strategically.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Lexi is a proud Badger alum and former student-athlete on the University of Wisconsin Women’s Golf Team. A lifelong competitor, she embodies resilience – none more evident than when she became a mother during her sophomore year, returned to class and golf just 11 days later, and ultimately graduated with her daughter by her side. Now, when she’s not working with clients or on the golf course, you’ll likely find her on a pickleball court enjoying her next favorite game.
