Nick Glaser

Nick Glaser is a Client Executive for Horton’s Risk Advisory Solutions. In this role, Nick is responsible for providing Horton clients with comprehensive, cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet their most complex, risk-related challenges. He oversees levels of service in our Waukesha Office’s large property and casualty accounts, including claims and loss prevention.

Nick comes to Horton with 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. His prior roles include working as a Commercial Underwriter and Claims Specialist, which gave him a well-rounded “understanding and [foundation] of the insurance process from start to finish,” he said. 

With such an understanding of the insurance process, Nick strives to help all of his clients in grasping the nature of insurance, and how it works. 

“As in many industries these days, the insurance industry is changing,” he said. “It is important to keep educating yourself to stay on top and be there as an advisor for your clients.”

Nick’s sacred concept when it comes to his work is to “always do good work, to the best of your ability.” He fully aligns himself with a core value of Horton, driven. Horton strives to do good work, even if no one is watching – and Nick knows he will take this on to help clients in a number of industries in understanding risk management and insurance.

Nick graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. He later attended Boston University, where he earned a Master of Science in Insurance Management in 2018. He has also acquired many industry-relevant designations and licenses throughout his career. Formerly, Nick was the President of the Greater Milwaukee Chapter CPCU Society. He is an Eagle Scout, and in his free time, Nick continues to stay involved in the local community.
