Stephanie Waltman

Stephanie Waltman is a Safety Consultant for Horton’s Risk Advisory Solutions Division. She partners with clients to identify and reduce workplace safety risks, helping create safer environments through practical, effective safety programs.

Though new to the insurance industry, Stephanie has 20+ years of experience in the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) industry, bringing a strong foundation in practical safety, client communication and risk-based decision-making. Her experience working closely with operations, leadership and frontline employees has given her valuable insight into how safety expectations translate into everyday work. Stephanie’s detail-oriented approach and commitment to clarity, practicality and accountability have quickly earned her clients’ trust.

Stephanie measures her success by the tangible improvements in safety outcomes and the ongoing trust clients place in her expertise. She is dedicated to becoming a go-to safety resource at Horton, with aspirations to grow into a senior safety consultant role where she can provide both technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Her personal philosophy on client advocacy centers on partnership, honesty and long-term trust, which she believes are essential to effective customer service. Stephanie values people’s well-being, trust and integrity as the core principles guiding her work.

Originally from LaPorte, Indiana, Stephanie is a devoted mother of two daughters and a proud dog owner of Rizzo, a white lab mix. A passionate sports fan, she follows the Bears, Cubs and IndyCar, having attended 15 Indianapolis 500 races. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys golfing, bike riding and spending quality time with her family.
