Tom Bidstrup is an Employee Benefits Advisor for Horton’s Employee Benefit Solutions. He is responsible for providing expert employee benefits consulting, onboarding new clients and servicing/retaining existing clients. He is an integral member of a specialized team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge healthcare solutions to employers.
Tom is driven by a commitment to producing measurable results for his clients. He draws on a proven track record of prospecting, closing new business and maintaining C-suite relationships to help organizations optimize their benefits offerings while controlling costs. His focus on persistence, trust and thoroughness underscores his approach to client engagement and long-term partnership.
Tom measures success by outcomes – his history of producing results, longevity in networking and consistent follow-through are the strongest evidence of his effectiveness. When he’s not helping clients solve complex challenges, Tom brings that same passion to sports, traveling and his family. He and his wife recently became homeowners and welcomed their first child in November.
