This practical webinar will address the following essential questions about representations and warranties insurance (RWI) and tax insurance, including:

  • When are these coverages useful in an M&A context?
  • How do these coverages maximize deal value and minimize transaction risks?
  • What actions are necessary to obtain RWI or tax insurance on a transaction?
  • When are these coverages valuable outside of traditional M&A?
  • How much do these coverages typically cost?

We will allow plenty of time for questions to keep the conversation interactive.
