Kristy joined Horton in 2002 as Personal Lines Insurance Client Service Representative. Her journey since has taken her down various paths, including select business, mid-market, training & auditing, certificate tracking, operations, and most recently, Horton’s project management office.

I have also managed various types of teams, which helps understand the dynamics that most are going through and the hurdles that will come up for certain changes we are managing.”
