The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a number of programs in place that can provide assistance to farmers who were impacted by the devastating flooding in Louisiana this summer.

These programs can help affected farmers and their families acquire immediate shelter and food, and can even provide assistance for crop and livestock loss. For more information on the programs, visit the USDA’s website.
