When working with clients, Brian always ensures that he puts them in the center. “I want my clients to feel that I am an extension of their risk management department,” he says. I want them to understand that I am always working in their best interests and to trust the advice I give them to achieve their goals. If they succeed, then I also have succeeded as their broker.”
