Doug Henderson joined The Horton Group in 1988 and has held multiple positions within the Wisconsin office. In 2006, Doug assumed the role of Client Executive for Horton’s Risk Management Services division and holds this title today. In this role, Doug is responsible for delivering on service promises to Horton’s largest and most complex clients. This includes overseeing all Horton services deployed to the client.

Having worked in the insurance industry for over 39 years, Doug has honed his expertise, forging enduring client relationships rooted in trust. His commitment to exceptional customer experiences is unwavering, as evidenced by his consistently high client retention rates in the upper 90th percentile. This level of expertise is why clients seldom seek alternatives.

Doug grew up in rural Minnesota and currently resides in Summit, Wisconsin, with his wife of 33 years.
