Jac Casale is a Sales Consultant – Senior Vice President for Horton’s Select Business Division. In this role, Jac is responsible for maintaining and growing Horton’s customer base in the Risk Advisory Solutions Division.

Jac’s biggest proof that he’s good at what he does is simple – “my attitude every day: I’m still doing it. If I was bad at it, I wouldn’t be in this industry anymore.” Before joining Horton, Jac worked for Hub International as a property & casualty producer. One of the biggest philosophies he developed in his time there was that “the most important people in the business [are those in client advocacy and customer service.] Without them, the machine doesn’t work.”

Jac continues to carry one sacred concept when it comes to working anywhere: “sales is a roller coaster, it has peaks and valleys and you cannot let either point greatly affect you.”  Jac desires to build a profound client base that he will work with year-after-year while also being as good as possible at what he does, “that way people will look at me as a true expert in my space.”

Jac sees himself as a partner and teammate with both his clients and co-workers. In order to help others achieve their highest potential, whether that’s business-related or personally-related, you have to be proactive and supportive 24-7.

Before Casale provides strategy and recommendations to a client, he evaluates their unique needs prior to the customized solution development. This is the past of Jac’s proactive philosophy which he prides himself on. Recommendations are tailored around the client’s long term goals and what they aspire to achieve. Jac continues to keep his clients informed, which sets is customer service experience apart from others. While his customers’ challenges are constantly evolving, Jac remains undaunted. Evolving risks and demands create a motivating atmosphere, which he truly enjoys.

Jac is married with his wife, Lisi, in Logan Square. When their families found out they were dating about 6 months in, Jac’s grandma (who passed away when his father was 20) and Lisi’s grandma (who passed away 1 year before Lisi and Jac met) were best friends growing up in kindergarten and grammar school. Jac’s mother has worked as a nurse anesthetist for the last 25+ years at Rush Hospital for Midwest Orthopedics where some of her clients are players of the Chicago Bulls and White Sox. Jac enjoys skiing, playing guitar and piano, The Beatles, cooking and good old fashioned spending time with friends and family.
