In a Work from Home (Posture) Slump? Ergonomics Can Help!
Print

The rising demand and emphasis on proper ergonomic workstations in the office setting has steadily grown for decades. The shift to a work from home setting has consequently removed the employee from their ergonomically sound environment and left them with an improvised space to carry out their duties from week to week. These impromptu home setups leave the employee prone to musculoskeletal strain as it relates to impaired posture and repetitive stress. This webinar will discuss the principles of setting up an ergonomically sound at home workstation as well as basic musculoskeletal stretch session to prevent potential injury.
