• Repricing: We reprice using Medicare’s Quality Incentive Program & Medicare’s Bundled Payment System. Accordingly, we don’t reprice each line item that should be included in the bundled rate. This produces greater savings for the employer, between 60%-80% over their current spend for outpatient dialysis.
• Predictive Analytics: Using data to identify all stages of kidney disease minimizes the necessity of urgent start dialysis through the ICU hospitalization. Care Champions will provide personalized care strategies, navigation, and assistance to identified members.
