CHICAGO (May 23, 2024) – The Horton Group, one of the largest insurance brokers in the United States, announced that Kevin Breslin has joined the company as a Senior Vice President and Lead Actuary Horton’s Multiemployer Consulting Solutions team.

Kevin is responsible for putting together budget and rate projections, assessing reserve position adequacy, calculating the impact of plan changes, and evaluating and negotiating renewals and proposals.

With over 14 years of multiemployer actuarial experience, Kevin has a proven track record in the industry. Prior to joining The Horton Group, he was a consultant at Segal, a leading benefits consulting firm, where he honed his actuarial expertise.

Kevin holds a Life & Health insurance license and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
