Manny Franco is a Vice President for Horton’s Employee Benefits Solutions Division. He provides industry expertise and consultative guidance to aid clients in navigating the marketplace and is dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions to employers.

Manny takes pride in working with organizations to align their environments with their business strategy by taking a strategic deep dive into their human capital investment. He has a wealth of knowledge in both the banking and insurance industries. He prides himself on his strong work ethic and ability to build trust with his network.

“A memorable experience for me was being able to help a client who was struggling to get the service and proper guidance to navigate the competitive labor market,” Manny said. “My team helped him identify how employee benefits play a role in attracting and retaining employees. As a result, we helped him execute appropriate and strategic changes while saving costs. By working hard, you can achieve any goal you set forth for yourself. The insurance industry is complex and constantly changing, and it’s difficult to stay updated on the current regulations. Manny believes that it is essential to be a trusted advisor and a good advocate for his clients to ease the burden of navigating this industry.

Manny lives in Chicago with his wife, Roxanna; their daughter, Isabella; and their four-legged family member, Sky (a Shih Tzu mix). He is a big fan of all of Chicago’s sports teams (specifically the Chicago Bears) and the University of Michigan’s football and basketball teams. Outside of the office, Manny loves to enjoy the outdoors, especially if it involves playing sports – he even had the opportunity to try out for a professional soccer team in high school.
