“My top priority each time I work with a client is to make sure they understand the insurance coverages that best enhance their needs and protect their employees,” Dan said. “I want to be a true resource for them. Dan also understands the important role that wellness initiatives play within his client's operations and he strives to uphold those proactive measures. “With healthcare costs rising at an astronomical rate, it is no surprise that the focus has been turning to prevention and wellness within the workplace,” Dan stated. “Horton has, and continues to expand, a robust wellness program that can have profound effects on medical spending. It is my goal to act as a liaison and advocate, while supplying the necessary solutions to implement a unique wellness program.

Dan grew up in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and has spent all of his life in the Milwaukee-metropolitan area. He currently lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his wife Lindsay and their son, Joey. When not at the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and golf, and spending virtually every summer weekend at his in-laws' cottage in Wautoma, Wisconsin.
