COVID-19 Workplace Survival Guide for Minnesota Employers
As Governor Walz announced the scaling back of the “Stay At Home” order and transition to “Stay Safe Minnesota” – employers need to prepare. Part of the order states that we “continue to plan to safely reopen our economy by allowing even more non-critical businesses to reopen, provided that they follow guidance from governmental agencies.”
This workshop will address the issues and strategies involved in addressing COVID-19 safety, mental health, and employment practice concerns in Minnesota workplaces. Participants will be provided with checklists to evaluate various aspects of an effective COVID-19 exposure control plan, including aspects of mental health among current essential workers, and those who have returned to work and will be returning to work soon.
