Employer Survival Guide for COVID-19 Issues in the Workplace

As the first wave of COVID-19 infections appears to be on the decline in the US, essential businesses and employers struggle to keep their employees safe and mentally secure as the rest of the country shelters in place.

Other employers are concerned about how they will reopen and repopulate their workplaces without spreading the virus to employees reporting to work for the first time in months.

This workshop will address the issues and strategies involved in addressing COVID-19 safety, mental health, and employment practice concerns in the workplace. Participants will be provided with checklists to evaluate various aspects of an effective COVID-19 exposure control plan, including aspects of mental health among current essential workers, and those who will be returning to the workplace soon.
