Join us as we navigate through the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act. 

The Act impacts employers in a number of ways. Especially, companies with fewer than 500 employees:

  • Requires two weeks of emergency paid sick leave
  • Extends Emergency Family and Medical Leave 
  • Requires funding for economic assistance and requires health plans to cover COVID-19 testing at no charge
