Tricia Pucek

Tricia Pucek serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Horton Division of MMA. As CFO, Tricia is responsible for overall financial management of the division, including financial performance reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Tricia plays a key leadership role in many operational areas of the business, guiding the business to the next level of success by identifying business drivers and growth opportunities.

In addition to extensive expertise in financial operations within the insurance brokerage space, Tricia has experience successfully integrating an ERP system within the agency environment, building reporting tools for financial and operational analyses, merger and acquisitions, treasury and 401k and benefit plan sponsorship.

Tricia is an advocate for women in the insurance industry as evidenced by her leadership in HerHorton, a community founded by Horton in 2021 to give women a safe space to talk about the challenges they face in the industry and to offer support, education and development opportunities.

Before joining Horton, Tricia had spent over nine years at Hub International, responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting and external financial reporting for the billion dollar, private equity owned, agency.
