Family man. Team Leader. Loyalist.
Ryan joined Horton in 2010 as a Client Service Assistant, a job that doesn’t even exist at Horton anymore. Shortly after, he married his wife, Jessica, and they have had two children since, Raegan and Andrew. He calls them the team. Ryan takes a lot of pride in his career journey at Horton.
“I was a CSA, with no prior knowledge or understanding of health insurance. In fact, the only thing I knew about health insurance, was when I went to the doctor, I had a $20 co-pay. I took that opportunity to truly understand the business, eventually becoming a CSR and serving in almost every service role. 10 years later, I work alongside some really great people as a partner.”
Together, engaging with each other to build trust.
What Ryan likes most about his job at Horton is having the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with so many different people – whether that’s customers, carriers, vendors, and most importantly our Horton teammates.
