Bryce Hastings

Bryce Hastings is the Head of Research for Les Mills International the creators of BODYPUMP™.  Bryce became a certified Physical Therapist in 1986 and has a Masters in Philosophy from AUT University, Auckland. In 1990, Bryce opened his private physical therapy practice at Les Mills World of Fitness in Auckland. He has conducted research on injury rates in group fitness instructors, co-developed research programs on core conditioning, high intensity interval training and exercise strategies for sedentary individuals; and he has been published in a variety of fitness publications.
