Brenda Noriega is an Inside Sales Representative of Horton’s Risk Advisory Services. She handles inbound leads and new business opportunities. She also develops strong working relationships with carriers, internal sales and service teams.

Before she joined Horton, Brenda gained valuable sales experience at a captive agency and technical knowledege in the brokerage world. She’s seen the industry evolve signficantly since starting her career in 2014.
 
“Building Trust, asking the right questions and understanding the goals of my clients are key to creating a strong insurance program for their business.” Brenda said, “ I want my clients to know I am here for the long haul.” 
 
Brenda is known for her strong work ethic and her can-do attitude, always willing to help her clients meet their business goals.
 
“I know insurance is not everyone’s favorite thing to talk about, but I actually love insurance and all its complexities”, Brenda jokes. “ I love insurance so that my clients don’t have to.”
 
When she’s not working, Brenda (who was born and raised in Joliet, IL) volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – bringing her passion for helping others outside of the office. Additionally, she has an expansive Spotify playlist ranging from bachata to country, loves distance running, and is a huge foodie.
