Brenda Noriega is a Sales Executive for Horton’s Select Business division. As a seasoned risk management consultant, she specializes in delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients across various industries, with a particular focus on construction, manufacturing and trucking.

Brenda Noriega is deeply committed to supporting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBEs), Minority Business Enterprise (MBEs), Women Business Enterprise (WBEs) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBEs) certified companies. Fluent in Spanish, Brenda leverages her language skills along with her expertise to ensure these businesses have access to the resources and support necessary for success. Her unwavering commitment to her community is evident in her active involvement with various organizations.

She serves as a board member for the Joliet Latino Economic Development Association, holds the role of National Membership-President for the Women of Insurance group and is a recent member of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA). Additionally, Brenda co-founded the J-Town Running Club in Joliet, helping to fill a gap in the community, fostering togetherness, support and mutual accountability.

Brenda is known for her professional acumen, vibrant personality and genuine approach to client relationships. She brings warmth and authenticity to every interaction, making the often-complex world of insurance more approachable for her clients. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional development is reflected in her pursuit of the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.

Outside of work, Brenda is an avid long-distance runner and a passionate reader. She aims to qualify for the Boston Marathon and plans to read ten new books by the end of the year.

Brenda’s journey is deeply rooted in the sacrifices of her parents, who emigrated from Mexico to pursue the American Dream. Their relentless work ethic and commitment to education have profoundly influenced Brenda and her three sisters, all of whom have earned bachelor’s degrees in various fields. Brenda honors her parents’ legacy by striving for excellence in her career and community endeavors, proudly demonstrating, “Yes, we can!”
