Natalie Donnelly, RN

Natalie Donnelly, RN is the Team Manager – Wellness & Population Health for Horton’s wellness services team. In this role, she works with clients and vendors to ensure their potential impact reaches their eligible plan members by clinically analyzing claims data and finding interventional opportunities to positively impact health outcomes. She also promotes wellness with employer groups by coordinating onsite health screenings and immunizations.

Natalie’s past experience as an inpatient registered nurse and a case manager for a large insurance carrier makes her a perfect fit for this role. She brings strong clinical knowledge and immense insight to individual member management. Some of the most important lessons she’s learned from her past experience are being open to new viewpoints and always putting your clients’ needs first.

“Nursing primarily focuses on patient-centered care, which is a philosophy I always carry with me,” Natalie says. “At the end of the day, it is critical to not lose sight on each individual’s healthcare needs, and to do whatever it takes to help them achieve the best results.”

This role requires organization, dedication and perseverance, and Natalie has been complimented on all of those traits. She always manages to stay calm under pressure and works tirelessly to lay a strong population health foundation to help her team grow and provide the best outcome for her clients. She is driven by the opportunity to positively impact thousands of lives every day.

Natalie earned her nursing degree from Michigan State University. She grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and she currently resides in Chicago with her husband, Jordan, and their rescue dog, Bennett (a pitbull mix). When she is not in the office, you can typically find Natalie rock climbing, biking, traveling or cheering on the Michigan State Spartans in any sporting event.
